I cant say enough on just how awesome my customer service experience was! We have a new GMC lathe and i was having problems with the power feed on the machine with jobs waiting.Trent w/ the service team saved my rear and I am just extremely impressed with Trents quick response and service ....got back to me right away and figured out the issue i was having saving me from having to let a couple jobs go elsewhere. I originally contacted GMC for a quote on a bending roller. I spoke with Nancy who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the machines. She guided me to the machine size that was appropriate for our application and our formal quote was to me within minutes. We decided that GMC was the company that would suit our needs perfectly so I contacted Nancy again to add a power shear to our quote. She was just as helpful the second time around and just as fast getting the revised quote to us. The manuals for both pieces of equipment were emailed to me so I could prepare our shop for the machines. Nancy has been excellent in helping us through the entire process from sizing and quoting, to setting up the delivery. I will definitely be looking to GMC for our next machines.

My GMC power roller has been working perfectly for almost two years until this morning. We are a busy shop and cant be without it for very long. I called your service dept. and got your guy Alfredo. Couldn't be happier! Alfredo talked me through trouble shooting and in just a few minutes we had the problem figured out. Then he helped me out with the part that I needed, then turned me over to Nancy to handle all the details about payment and shipping.
