My wife and I come here regularly for their exceptional noodles.

I'm partial to the soft egg noodles. They are made fresh, come out piping hot, and arrive to our table with a smile.

We've had the same 3 servers here for years. It's nice seeing the same faces and they often know what we want to order before we do. They are pleasant, prompt and very efficient with drink refills and anything else we need.

They are so accommodating I would ask them to help me rob a bank if that's something I ever decide to do.

I don't think that's the case anywhere else we go out to eat. The noodles are the real star of the show here and the Pho is out-of-this-world fantastic!

They have lots of other great dishes too. My wife loves the lemon grass chicken and the barbecue pork fried rice.

The food comes out quickly, hot and consistently fantastic every time we go.

I hadn’t been to this little Vietnamese restaurant in quite some time, but I was looking for some pho and it’s very close to our home and in a nice little shopping center right off Whitestone Boulevard in the midst of Cedar Park.
I’ve actually been a couple times lately because I wanted to try a couple different things before I left my review .
I did indeed get Pho-the combination Pho the first time I went .
I had some issues with the ingredients but that was totally my fault-I didn’t take the time to read all the ingredients!! I did request “no cilantro “ and they did eliminate that.
Next lunch I ordered Ban Xeo- I hadn’t realized this was even on the menu and I was thrilled! It’s one of my most favorite Vietnamese dishes!
It was absolutely fantastic and the portion was so large it very easily could’ve been shared. In fact with a group, it would make a fun appetizer, but I managed to down a little more than half and I was extremely satisfied. If you’ve never had it, it’s a Vietnamese, pancake and made with eggs and bean sprouts and your choice of proteins. It comes with lots of fresh lettuce leaves so you can wrap it and dip it and eat it.
YUM!!!!!!!!!
Next time I go back, it will be hard, but I am going to try some pho again probably chicken or plain beef. The broth was very good in the one I tried.
I also tried their eggrolls. They were a tad greasy and the veggies inside seemed very overcooked. I’m not sure if that’s just their version but I probably wouldn’t recommend them.
The property is reasonably large and accommodates several diners, but they have a very strong to go business as well.
It’s tucked away back in the shopping center where the theater in Cedar Park is. I believe it’s called Wolf Ranch. It’s across the way from a childcare drop in center and next-door to a new place that serves Ramen
The service here is great. I’ve had different servers. They’ve all been very helpful.
Oh, I almost forgot! Don’t hesitate to try their lemonade it’s freshly made and absolutely delicious. I think there may be a drop of either fresh basil or fresh rosemary in it.
The woman that makes it was very happy that I enjoyed it! We had minor communication issues so I couldn’t find out everything that was in it, but she said that she made it. They also have soda, fountain, beverages, and Vietnamese coffee which I highly recommend although I haven’t tried it here..
If you love Vietnamese food the way I do you’ve got to give Pho Thanh Nhi a try!!!

Decent food, great service, nice atmosphere, ok value. Limited options for vegetarians. Slightly more expensive than we expected. Nearly $90 for 4 entrees with no drinks with tips. Parking nearby can be a challenge on weekends.

Noodle dishes tasted better than the curry. Fresh veggies was a nice touch across all dishes.

Updated: Visited April 3. Big difference. I had chicken bun, the lady has a rice dish. Both had the completely dried out and tasteless chicken. The chicken should not have been served given the reputation of this restaurant. Awkward moment. The lady would not let me return the food....

Delicious. Good presentation. Great value. Food was authentic and clean. We had two types of Bun and a crepe. All plates were clean when we left.

Pho Thanh Nhi was just what I was craving with the Pho (tried with shrimp this time) and the coconut drink. The staff were great! The restaurant was busy with people eating in and lots of to go orders as well so you know it’s good!

Grabbed carry-out for lunch today from Pho Thanh Nhi. The food included was the combo pho soup (minus meatballs), eggrolls and shrimp spring rolls. All the food was good! A note about the restaurant, it's in an area of a strip mall where parking is scarce... I had to park in an adjacent parking lot and walk 100 yards to the restaurant (I needed the exercise anyway! LOL). The portions were huge. The pho soup was HUGE, enough to feed 4 people. The eggrolls and spring rolls were super fresh and good. The peanut sauce with the spring rolls was delicious! The quality of the food may have suffered a bit being carry-out and re-heated at home. I will re-evaluate after an on-site meal in the future. Recommend Pho Thanh Nhi. It's good...

Pho Thanh Nhi is the place we decided this weekend. Since we arrived before noon, we got seated immediately. I decided to try Steak and Brisket Pho and an order of egg rolls. Food was served fairly quickly; after adding bean sprouts, basils, jalapeños and the lime juice into the soup, I mixed it up well, then letting the food to "hit" me with the first bite. ?
I liked the chewiness of their noodles and how the broth was not too greasy; it was interesting to see red onion being used as I got used to either white or sweet onion in all the restaurants that I have visited all these years... I can't honestly say which one is better, it was just different. I also wish the amount of meat could have been more. Overall, I believe the Pho met our expectations.

My family ordered a variety of menu items. The bun hue soup and it was $16/bowl and had very little meat... Mostly just noodles. The grilled pork was really boiled and quick-grilled at the last minute, resulting in poor flavor and texture.

The Vietnamese coffee was poorly executed, and contained straight milk, not condensed milk.

We dropped over $100 for 5 people and left dissatisfied.
