As an owner of a business as well I can say this team of people is very professional. We are a supplier of theirs and we ran into supply issues on a few parts they had ordered from us which ended up taking several weeks/months beyond what we had originally promised them, and in turn, their customer. In the 10 years of doing business with them they have they have never incurred a late payment penalty and have consistently paid off their balances.
